 CRAIG F BUTLER

Craig Butler was born on the Island of New Providence and received his initial education at St Andrew's School graduating as Head Boy in 1983. He then attended Rollins College in Winter Park Florida where he not only obtained a Bachelors Degree in Economics but was an active participant in campus life having served as Vice President of the Student Government Association, a member of the student Senate, Head of Intramural Sports and an founding member of the Iota Zeta Chapter of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity.


He obtained his LLB (HONS) degree from Wolverhampton University in England and then attended the Norman Manley Law School in Kingston Jamaica where he received his Legal Education Certificate. He is a member of the Bahamas Bar Association and has previously served on the Public Relations Committee of the Bahamas Bar.


Mr. Butler is an active participant and former Director of the Rotary Club of West Nassau and attends St. Matthew's Anglican Church where he is a Member of the Anglican Church Men.


Mr. Butler wrote a weekly column in the Nassau Guardian for over five years (see www.craigfbutler.com, www.Bahamapundit.com) and is the former host of Parliament Street a weekly talk show on Island 102.9 FM about politics.


Mr. Butler is also actively involved in national politics and at present is the National Treasurer of the Progressive Liberal Party, and formerly served as National Vice Chairman.  

 

 
 Mr. Darren Bain
D. Oswald Bain joined C.F. BUTLER & ASSOCIATES in 2006 and is a practitioner in the Firms’ Litigation Practice Group.  D. Oswald’s main areas of practice include Real Property Disputes, Corporate, Civil and Commercial Litigation; Employment Law Negligence, and Personal Injury Law; Medical Malpractice and Professional Negligence; Divorces, Matrimonial and other Family matters. 

D. Oswald obtained an L.L.B (Hons.) from the University of Buckingham, Buckingham England, and completed his Post Graduate Diploma at the Inns of Court School of Law, London England.  As a member of the Honorable Society of the Middle Temple, Mr. Bain was admitted to the Bar of England and Whales and to the Bahamas Bar.

 Ms. Antonia Marva Saunders

Miss Saunders was born on the Island of New Providence, and received her early education at D.W. Davis and C.I. Gibson High Schools respectively.  She then went on to begin her legal studies at the Bahamas Baptist Community College, completing her Associates Degree in Law and Criminal Justice at the College of the Bahamas.  While enrolled there she was the Vice President of COBUS (2003-2004).  She continued her tertiary education at the University of Kent at Canterbury, attaining her LLB (Hons.) Degree.  She was the elected the Vice President of the Kent Temple Society (2005-2006).

Ms. Saunders attended The University of the West of England (Bristol) where she successfully completed her Post Graduate Diploma in the Bar Vocational Course.

Miss Saunders was called to the Bar of England and Wales and upon her return to Nassau, she was called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.

Mr. Keith A. Seymour, Sr.

Keith Ambrose Seymour, Sr. was born on the Island of New Providence and received his early education at the Government High School, graduating in 1979. 

He then attended St. Gregory’s College in Shawnee, Oklahoma obtaining an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration. 

His education continued at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Schickasha, Oklahoma where he matriculated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, and a minor in Economics and Management. 

Mr. Seymour brings a wealth of financial experience to C.F. Butler & Associates, beginning his career with respected positions at a number of Financial Institutions and a Governmental Regulatory Body,   leveraging an expanding portfolio of qualifications and experience, covering Securities Market Oversight, Bank Management including Mortgage, Credit, Operations, Credit Card and Fraud Management, Debt Recovery Management and also Compliance and Know Your Customer initiatives. 

He has successfully completed the Series 7 Examination thus qualifying as a Registered Representative of the New York Stock Exchange.

Most recently, Mr. Seymour obtained his LLB (Hons.) Degree from the University of Wolverhampton in England and he attended the Eugene Dupuch Law School in Nassau, The Bahamas, where he received his Legal Education Certificate.  He was called to the Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

Mr. Seymour is married to the former Italia Smith and is a father of five (5). He is also a diligent member of the Royal Eagle Lodge #1.

Ms. SHARANDA C. HUMES

Sharanda C Humes was born in Nassau, Bahamas and received her early education at St.Celicila’s Catholic Primary School. She later went on to The Charles W. Saunders Baptist High School where she obtained her High School Diploma.

In 2006, Ms. Humes obtained an Associates of Arts Degree in Law & Criminal Justice from The College of The Bahamas. She continued her studies at Derby University in the United Kingdom where she obtained an LLB with upper second class honors in 2009. In 2010 she obtained a Post Graduate Diploma from Northumbria University, Newcastle United Kingdom and was admitted to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2010 by The Honorable Society of Middle Temple and in September 2010 called to the Bar of The Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
She currently attends The Harold Road Baptist Church where she is active in The Praise and Worship Team.

Ms. YVETTE C. RAHMING

Yvette C. Rahming was born on the island of New Providence and received her early education at St. John’s College and St. Anne’s High School.
Before embarking upon studies in law Mrs. Rahming worked at a leading Bahamian law firm where she gained experience in property corporate and commercial law.  She then obtained an LLB (Hons.) from the University of London in 2008 and her Certificate of Legal Education from the Eugene Dupuch Law School. 
Having been called to The Bahamas Bar in October 2010, Mrs. Rahming Comes with a wealth of business experience having ran her own company for a number of years.
Mrs. Rahming is a Junkanoo enthusiast, and former administrator of United Football Club Youth Development Programme.  She is the wife of Christopher M. Rahming and is the proud mother of Gabrielle and Christopher Jr.
